Thame - A kitchen extension

In July 2015 this family home was planning an exciting new project. By extending across the back by only a few feet, the whole of the house could be reorganised to accommodate teenagers and new demands on living space.

Still wanting the kitchen to retain it's feeling as the hub, Lynn Palmer Architects, designed a cozy corner to include a sofa, TV and wood burning stove to create another living space to reduce pressure on the Sitting Room.

Wanting a more contemporary feel to the kitchen space and with a stunning feature ceiling detail, the Termatech TT10 was the perfect blend of style and elegance.

Working with DNA Builders, we carried out site visits to take the new flue up through the roof of the extension to enable them to continue with build works. We then returned to install the stove once the floor was laid the builders works almost complete.

In total the installation took three visits to complete.

"Now my new sofa has arrived, I don't think I will be moving from my stove!"

Mrs Ilsley, Thame.
